The EPA established a new rule regulating spray guns, training, and ventilated and filtered enclosures.

However, the rule exempts refinishers who use a cup 3 fluid ounces or smaller.

So far, the only HVLP Spray Gun for a compressor and HVLP Turbine System that has a 3 ounce cup available is Lex-Aire.
